We’re conveniently located with easy access to I-5 within the city limits of Kent Washington. We developed this website to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community.

Trouble registering as a new user?
After registering on the website you should get a "Registration Approved" email once the website administrator has approved your request. If more than a few days pass and still no email, please go to the Contact page, select "Website Admin" and let me know.
Have an exterior light out, let us know
If your front door or garage exterior light is out, go to the Contact page and let us know. Select Light Bulb Crew as the recipient. Be sure to let us know which light is out so we don’t have to wait until dark to find it.
Parking
The streets in The Meadows are designated fire lanes - on-street parking is not allowed. Additionally, guest parking is for temporary guests only (48 hour limit) - no resident parking please. The fine for residents parking in guest parking starts at $100 per the Rules & Regulations.
