We have a beautiful community of 104 town homes on a professionally landscaped and maintained property in the Kent Valley. We typically have annual community events such as a garage sale and National Night Out where we gather pot-luck style to visit with our neighbors.

 

As part of the Riverview Master Planned community, The Meadows has access to play fields, a basketball court, and a trail and sidewalk system. We’re also very close to the Green River Trail which provides more than 19 miles of walking and cycling trail. Van Doren’s Landing Park is less than a mile away offering covered picnic shelters, BBQ grills, play equipment, restrooms, and a huge open grassy area where people of all ages play team sports.

 

Shopping, dinning, and entertainment are close by at both Kent Station and Westfield Southcenter Mall.

 

Finally mass transit commuters have close access to both The Sounder Train (Kent Station) and Link Light Rail.
